Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal laid the foundation stone for the 456 MW Upper Tamakoshi hydropower plant at Lamabagar, Dolakha district, on Tuesday.
The power plant being constructed with an estimated cost of Rs 35.29 billion will be completed in four and half years if works go as planned.
