Barnala lauds Indian Red Cross Society
CHENNAI: The State chapter of Indian Red Cross on Sunday launched a slew of hygiene-promoting programmes, including a napkin vending machine for adolescent girls and clinical laboratories in 32 district centres of the service organisation in the State.
