New Delhi: With three coal blocks in the no-go area reviewed and cleared, Union environment and forests minister Jairam Ramesh paved the way for clearance to another six blocks in Orissa on Wednesday.
In an open order he laid down grounds similar to the ones he had for the Chhattisgarh blocks that would justify the projects to sail through.
