Stretch in Kerala ends near Munnar
The Kundanoor Junction-Tripunithura-Bodimettu-Madurai stretch of the NH 49 is to be renovated as a two-lane highway with a 10-metre-wide tarred surface, sources in the PWD (NH wing) that maintains the road, have said.
The portion of the highway passing through Kerala begins from the NH bypass in Kochi and ends at Bodimettu, 33 km beyond Munnar on the Tamil Na
