CHENANI: In an effort to quench the thirst of the 4.42-lakh people in the Ambattur municipality, the Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) will build 22 overhead tanks and lay water pipelines at a cost of Rs 268 crore by November.
