ITANAGAR: Residents of Hollongi area in Papum Pare district have opposed the way land is being acquisitioned by the administration for four-lanning of the NH52A. After a futile meeting today at Patilla Middle School campus, the villagers resolved to launch a non cooperation movement on August 30 and 31 when the authorities are supposed to come for survey and measurement of land needed to be acquisitioned.
