The matter related to the collapse of fly ash pond constructed by Reliance M/s Sasan Ultra Thermal Power Plant in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh on April 10, 2020. The report was filed on July 28, 2020.

Status report of Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) in compliance to the NGT order of March 16, 2020. The matter related to illegal vehicle dismantling units in Nagli Sakrawati area, spewing pollution.

A joint team of officials from Transport Department and DPCC officials inspected the six vehicle scrapping units on June 3, 2020, which were mentioned in the NGT order. Out of the six units, four units were found to be in operation and the activity of dismantling of vehicles was going on. Two units were found non-operational and the premises were vacant.

Compliance report filed by the regional officer, Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB) dated 17/07/2020 before the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ravi Sharma Vs State of Uttar Pradesh. The matter deals with the scientific disposal of biomedical waste by M/s Medical Pollution Control Committee (CBMWTF), Growth Central, Industrial Area, Bijoli, Jhansi was inspected by the UPPCB on June 3, 2020.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Jagriti Sansthan Vs State of Uttar Pradesh dated 16/07/2020.

Report by the Central Pollution Control Board, Regional Directorate, Lucknow to look into the matter of pollution by M/s Speciality Industries Polymers & Coating Pvt. Ltd. SIDCUL, Sitarjanj, Udham Singh Nagar district, Uttarakhand. The unit is engaged in production of polymer emulsion and acrylic water based emulsions.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rakesh Kumar Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 13/07/2020.

Wild Seve was established in July 2015 as a conservation intervention program to assist people affected by conflict to file and monitor claims and receive ex-gratia payments from the Indian government.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sevamrutha Aradhya Vs State of Karnataka dated 01/07/2020 regarding illegal constructions in the buffer zone of Kudlu Chikka Kere Lake in Bangalore South, Karnataka and maintenance of the lake by controlling polluting activities.

A report filed by the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) on June 12, 2020 informed the Tribunal that the lake was filled with water and there was an increase in water collection in the lake as observed during the previous inspection on February 4, 2020.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Residents of Gram Panchayat Varahiya Vs State of Madhya Pradesh dated 01/07/2020 regarding dust pollution by illegal operation of stone crushers at village Tilora, Rausa, tehsil Mehar, district Satna at NH-7 (New Four lane) in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
