Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Tribunal at its own motion Vs State of Madhya Pradesh & Others dated 25/09/2013 regarding proposed construction of New MLA Rest House on an area covering 23 acres of land on Arera Hills, Bhopal and the apprehension was that it would require cutting and felling as well as uprooting of thousands of
trees thereby causing enormous damage to the ecology, greenery and environment.
