Ex-board officials have statistics that show improved power generation

Thiruvananthapuram: Political pundits and watchdogs may still cry foul over the former LDF government’s decision to engage SNC Lavalin for carrying out renovations works of Pallivasal, Sengulam and Panniar power projects in 1995. But most top officials, who were then at the helm of Kerala State Electricity Board, rule out the arguments that the Rs 250 crore renovation works was an unwarranted exercise.
