Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Jalbiradari & Anr. Vs. The MoEF. dated 15/01/2014 regarding industries, which are within proximity of 30 metres distance from the both side walls of ‘Mithi’ river. NGT order also states that National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI) has accepted the proposed work of environmental impact of blasting, including ecology and the water quality etc. in the midst of ‘Mithi’ river, and partly has carried out the same.
