Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sanjay Khare Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 04/02/2014 regarding a Thermal Power Project in Madhya Pradesh. The NGT orders states "The Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that he has filed an Affidavit dated 30th January, 2014 making certain suggestions and if those suggestions as stated in the Para 3 of the said Affidavit are accepted, then the Applicant would have no grievance and would not have any objections on the ground of Environmental Clearance to the Thermal Power Project".
