Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Dr. Alankrita Mehra Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 06/02/2014 regarding lakes in Bhopal. The Learned Counsels for the parties submitted that a meeting with the concerned officers of the department as well as Members of the Monitoring Committee shall be convened within a week to apprise the Members of the Monitoring Committee regarding specific works which have been sanctioned and which are to be undertaken in respect of all the lakes in Bhopal, as per the programme and an affidavit submitted before this Tribunal for which an amount of Rs. 15 crore has been sanctioned this year.
