Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Ashish Gautam Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. dated 25/02/2014 regarding location of Sisodiya Rani Garden in Jaipur and whether it is situated within
the notified Reserved Forest of Jhalana or any other Reserved Forest. The NGT order also asked the Department of Archaeology & Museums, Rajasthan, Jaipur to specify whether allowing the garden to be used for celebrating parties and marriages is permissible in accordance with provisions of the Act of 1961 and rules framed there under.
