Notice To Haryana Govt, MoEF
The National Green Tribunal on Tuesday directed the Haryana government and Ministry of Forest and Environment (MoEF) to complete the survey and identify all forests in and around Mangar in Faridabad district in the next one month. Though there have been two Supreme Court orders of 1996 and 2012 to complete this process, both the agencies have failed to do so in all these years.
