Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Antarsingh Patel & Anr. Vs. Union of India & Ors dated 08/05/2014 regarding Maheshwar 400 MW Hydro 3 Power Project constructed over Narmada River in Madhya Pradesh. The Tribunal has directed the Project Proponent to furnish the total cost of the project including the cost of R&R and its breakup.
