Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Ajay Dubey vs. State of MP & Others dated 23/07/2014 regarding industrial pollution within the State of Madhya Pradesh. The Applicant has stated that industries within the State of Madhya Pradesh are not taking measures for controlling the pollution and the inspections of such industries had revealed that they were transgressing the limits of air and water pollution standards prescribed under law.
