Order of the National Green Tribunal (Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata) in the matter of Ram Lakhan Singh Vs State of Jharkhand & Others dated 12/08/2014 regarding rampant encroachment taking place in the forest land of Jharkhand. The Applicant has also stated that encroachment is made in connivance with the officials of the State of Jharkhand which will cost severe ecological imbalances.
