Judgement of the Delhi High Court in the matter of Delhi Waste Management Limited Vs Municipal Corporation Of Delhi dated 20/02/2015 regarding four advertisements displayed on two Waste Storage Depots - Dhalaos (structures constructed for collection of waste) situated opposite Okhla, New Delhi and near Sant Nagar, New Delhi. The petitioner was also called upon to pay damage charges of `2,07,000/- for the month of May 2011 with respect to the aforesaid advertisements.
