Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding cutting of trees near the Tara Devi Temple, Shimla, 20/01/2015 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Court on its Motion Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. dated 20/01/2015. The Tribunal noted that the trees have been felled illegally, unauthorizedly and without permission of any of the competent authority. It is further stated that some of the trees have been felled in the Government forest land.
