Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Haryali Welfare Society Vs. Union of India & Ors. And Dr. Vidyasagar Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 17/03/2015 regarding allocation of tenders for felling of trees through the organisation or a company owned by the Private Contractors are not strictly in conformity with the Haryana Forests Policy and with the Judgement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
