Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Rahul Nagar Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 15/04/2015 regarding dredging in Yamuna.
The Tribunal has ordered that "keeping in view of the urgency of the matter that dredging needs to be carried out in the interest of public and adherence to the water requirements and flow of the river, we direct that the Contractor shall pay Rs. 500 per cubic meter for the material given to him under the contract".
