Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Indian Council for Enviro-Legal Action (ICELA) Vs. Dy. Commissioner & Others dated 03/07/2015 regarding de-concretization of trees at Jyotisar part of Kurukshetra and upon such consultation have actually de-concretized the ancient holy Banyan trees removed all the electricity wires, any kind of boards, signage, nails and screws and such other superficial attachment there from and others.
