Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding cutting of 4000 trees in the Taj Eco Zone, 20/07/2015 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Tribunal on its own Motion Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Ors. dated 20/07/2015 regarding cutting of 4000 trees in the Taj Eco Zone.

The Tribunal in its order requested Mr. M.C. Mehta to visit the sites in Agra and report to the Tribunal as to whether any tree/trees have been uprooted around 500 m. of the Taj Eco Zone in Agra and in village Babarpur in Agra.
