Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Indian Council for Enviro-Legal Action Vs. National Ganga River Basin Authority & Ors. dated 28/09/2015 regarding pollution of Ganga by the hotels, ashrams, dharamshalas in Haridwar and Rishikesh operating upstream without consent of the Board and also do not have sewage connection.
