Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of H. A. Kishor Kumar Vs Union of India & Others dated 28/09/2015 regarding the Yattinahole Project, Karnataka.
The counsel appearing for the applicant has pressed for an order of interim stay on the ground that large amount of public money is being spent illegally and the project involved in various areas and unless and until an alternate site is proposed even in non-forest areas, the activities cannot go on.
