Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the directions to the State of Andhra Pradesh vide order dated 10.10.2015 – not to carry out any operations of clearing of the land falling in the project area without obtaining environmental clearance to the project in question – are being flouted and as such Registry be directed to communicate this order to the District Collector of District Guntur and the Commissioner of Capital Region Development Authority of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
