Order of the National Green Tribunal (Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata) in the matter of Tapan Kumar Bhowmick & Others Vs West Bengal Pollution Control Board & Others dated 15/10/2015 regarding a bakery unit operating in violation of the consent to operate terms and conditions issued by West Bengal Pollution Control Board and thereby emitting poisonous carbon monoxide, sulphur oxide and nitrogen oxide gases which are dangerous for health.
