Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Sarveshwari Engineers Vs. Haryana State Pollution Control Board dated 17/11/2015 regarding pollution caused by Sarveshwari Engineers.
In the order NGT directs the "Haryana Pollution Control Board to inspect the premises again and collect effluent samples and analyse the same. Depending upon the inspection particularly keeping in view the stand of the Appellant that he has taken all the measures for installation of anti pollution devices and that the ETP is operational, the Board may pass order afresh in accordance with law".
