Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sumitra Devi Vs. CPCB & Ors. dated 19/11/2015 regarding regarding pollution caused by the 11 industrial clusters located in Bhiwadi and around.
NGT directs the Secretary Environment, Urban Development of Rajasthan and Haryana, to hold a meeting and submit the report to the Tribunal in relation to why effluent is being discharged on the land of Haryana, thus causing pollution of groundwater as well as health hazards.
