Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding felling of trees, Charmwood Village, Haryana, 04/01/2016 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sterling Apartments Residents Welfare Association (Regd.) V/s. M/s. Ajay Enterprises (P) Ltd. dated 04/01/2016 regarding felling of 18 trees and 40 bushes on the land in question (Charmwood Village, Haryana).

Application is disposed of with directions that the present purchaser and the seller both, will be jointly responsible for plantation of 100 trees.
