Order of the Allahabad High Court in the matter of Dr. Vishambhar Dutt Joshi & Others Vs Lucknow Nagar Nigam Lucknow Thru. Its Municipal Commissioner dated 05/01/2016 regarding Kathauta jheel pollution.
It has been brought to the notice of the Court by the counsel for the petitioners that the Nala flows between New High Court Building and Katautha Jheel to cater the need of the area in question is slopped towards the Katautha Jheel and the sewer of the Vastu Khand and the Vinamra Khand is directly falling into the nala which goes upto the Katautha Jheel.
