Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Dr. Subhash C. Pandey Vs. Union of India & Others dated 10/03/2016 regarding pollution caused by M/s C.J. Gelatine, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Dr. P.S. Bundela, Regional Officer, MPPCB, Bhopal informs us that M/s C.J. Gelatine has installed the RO (reverse osmosis) plant of the installed capacity. However, it is his submission that some more things are required to be done by the company, namely : (1) installation of distilled water meter (2) the kachha lagoon existing now to be converted to pucca ones (3) installation of bag filter in the boiler house (4) installation of web based camera and (5) installation of multi effect evaporator.
