Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Kishore Deepak Kodwani vs. State of Madhya Pradesh & Others dated 01/03/2016 regarding encroachment over waterbodies, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

NGT directs a Committee to be constituted which shall inspect whether a Talab indeed exists on the land bearing Khasra No. 526/1/1, 526/1/2 as alleged by the Applicant.
