Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of T.N. Godavarman Thirumalpad Vs. Union of India & Others dated 18/03/2016 to get Kalagarh, core area of Corbett free of illegal structures. The Counsel appearing for the State submits that they have demolished two-three buildings/ houses including E-23, New Colony, Kalagarh and file a detailed and comprehensive report and would also take further action in the meanwhile
