Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of M/s Takshi Auto Components Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Uttarakhand Environment Protection Pollution Control Board dated 08/04/2016 regarding pollution caused by M/s Takshi Auto Components Pvt. Ltd.
The report of the joint inspection team has been filed. The Counsel appearing for the Board submits that the industry is compliant and non-polluting. Consequently the industry is permitted to operate in accordance with law and the consent granted by the Board can take effect.
