Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of S.P. Muthuraman Vs. Union of India & Others dated 22/04/2016. M/s SSM Builders and Promoters has filed this Applications for leave to start construction and completion of its Housing Projects which was subject matter of the main Application.
NGT's Order says that since the project has been granted Environmental Clearance by SEIAA Tamil Nadu and the Project Proponent has also paid the amount directed under the judgment dated 18/02/2016 [2] the Project Proponent can go ahead with the project subject to "complying with the directions, terms and conditions issued in the order granting Environmental Clearance and the orders granted by all the Authorities in this matter."
