Judgement of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vikrant Tongad Vs Noida Metro Rail Corporation & Others dated 31/05/2016 regarding Environmental Clearance to the construction of metro line from Noida to Greater Noida.
NGT in its Judgement declares that the metro Construction from Noida to Greater Noida is a project covered under Entry 8(b) of the Schedule to the Notification of 2006 and directs the project proponent - Noida Metro Rail Corporation to obtain Environmental Clearance for the project in question as expeditiously as possible and in any case not beyond three months from the date of pronouncement of this Judgment.
