Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rajiv Dutta, Senior Advocate Vs. Union of India & Others dated 04/08/2016 regarding forest fires in the state of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Tribunal directs that State of Uttar Pradesh and State of Uttarakhand to submit to the MoEF & CC the Crisis Management Plan for forest fires preventions and control prepared by them.
