Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Gulmohar Park Journalist Welfare Association Vs. South Delhi Municipal Corporation and Ors. dated 10/04/2017 regarding constructions inside Gulmohar Park, Delhi.

It has been submitted by the Counsel appearing for SDMC (South Delhi Municipal Corporation) that the alleged structure in the Municipal Park has been demolished and within a short span of time, remaining work regarding removal of debris would be done.
