Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding registration of BS-IV compliant diesel vehicle used for the purpose of transportation of LPG cylinders, Delhi, 23/05/2017 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vardhaman Kaushik Vs. Union of India & Others dated 23/05/2017 regarding registration of BS-IV compliant diesel vehicle used for the purpose of transportation of LPG cylinders, bottling plant in Delhi.

NGT permits the registration of Euro-IV vehicle subject to the condition that they are BS-IV compliant and used only for the purpose of transportation of LPG cylinders, bottling plant to the designated places and it will have GPS fixed in them.
