Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Nithin Chandran Vs. Union of India & Others dated 05/09/2017 regarding pasting of posters, pamphlets in the campus and public streets for Delhi University Students’ Union (DUSU) elections. The Applicant (Nithin Chandran) informs the Tribunal that despite specific order passed by the Tribunal, the University of Delhi and other concerned authorities are not implementing the directions contained in that order in relation to prohibiting students on the use of posters and pamphlets and defacement of public property.
