Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rajiv Savara Vs. Darrameks Hotels and Developers Pvt. Ltd. & Others dated 18/12/2017 regarding construction of a hotel on Ganga floodplains, Uttarakhand. Counsel appearing for the State of Uttarakhand submits that they have already taken effective steps in furtherance to the Judgment of 01st September, 2016 [2] and issued a GO/Notification on 29th September, 2017 and that steps have been taken to demarcate the River Ganga.
