Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Dr. Shailendra Kumar Modi Vs. Bhopal Sahkari Dugdh Sangh Maryadit & Others dated 03/01/2018 regarding use of treated water supplied by the Bhopal Sahkari Dugdh Sangh, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Counsel for the IRSDC has submitted that the work of laying of pipeline has already been completed and the treated water supplied by the Bhopal Sahkari Dugdh Sangh is being utilised by the Railways at Habibganj Railway Station. The Court also directed Bhopal Municipal Corporation to respond whether they had reduced water supply to the Railways by 2 lakh litres water per day.
