Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Khushi Sewa Sanstha Vs. The State (Govt. of NCT of Delhi) & Others dated 06/04/2018 regarding illegal commercial activity going on in and around R.K. Puram area on the Nallah and no steps being taken by the South Delhi Municipal Corporation. According to the Applicant, such activity is resulting in blocking of the flow of water.
