Order of the High Court of Uttarakhand in the matter of M/s Raj Laxmi Stone Crusher Vs State of Uttarakhand & Others dated 04/07/2018 regarding non payment of penalty (Rs. 17,78,810) imposed on a stone crusher industry, Uttarakhand. As the Stone Crusher industry had failed to pay the penalty their material which was being sold through E-Portal was stopped and E-Code blocked. Uttarakhand High Court directs the stone crusher industry to pay the entire penalty along with the interest then only the order for blocking of E-Code will be taken for consideration.
