Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rinkal Batra & Others Vs State of Haryana & Others dated 27/08/2018 regarding dumping of garbage in open plot in Sector 113 and 104 of Gurgaon and to recover damages and also to ensure restoration of the area where garbage is illegally dumped.
National Green Tribunal while disposing of the Application stated that the matter is governed by Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016, wherein responsibilities of the various authorities are specified and the matter has been dealt with by the Tribunal by issuing directions to the concerned authorities to enforce the rules.
