Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Jitendra Rana Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 10/10/2018 regarding pollution caused by leather industry, Baraut, District Baghpat, State of Uttar Pradesh. The SDM has stated that the leather treatment work is to be shifted soon. [2]National Green Tribunal directs the District Magistrate and Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
