Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding pollution caused by an automobile workshop in Village Bakhatawar Pur, Delhi, 15/11/2018 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ramesh Dutt Sharma Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 15/11/2018. [2] Allegation in the letter which has led to these proceedings are that Satbir automobile is being run leading to pollution by vehicles and workshop activities in Village Bakhatawar Pur, Delhi-110036, opposite Chhotu Ram School in a residential area. National Green Tribunal directs the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) and the concerned Municipal Corporation to look into the allegations.
