Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Federal Agro Industres Private Limited Vs Union of India & Others dated 02/11/2018 regarding closure order by NGT for the industrial units of Reckitt Benckiser India Pvt. Ltd. at Eldeco Sidcul Industrial Park, Sitarganj, Uttarakhand. 
[2] National Green Tribunal had directed closure of the undertakings without even giving a notice or opportunity of hearing to the appellant in that case. Supreme Court sets aside the order of closure passed by the National Green Tribunal.
