Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding toxins emitted by tanks of furnace oil, Bahadurgarh, Haryana, 18/12/2018 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rashtriya Welfare Samiti Vs State of Haryana dated 18/12/2018 regarding Bestway Agencies Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No. 87, Sector- 16, HSIIDC, Bahadurgarh, Haryana installing eight tanks of acids and furnace oil. [2] The paint furnace gives toxic smoke which is spread all around adversely affecting the public health.

National Green Tribunal directs Haryana State Pollution Control Board to furnish a report on factual aspects to the Tribunal within one month.
